A leadership development program shaping managers into leaders
To be considered for this program, participants are required to meet the following eligibility criteria.
Your response indicates that you do not meet the eligibility requirements of this program, and as such this would not be a suitable program for you to participate in.
We recommend that you have a conversation with your Human Resources team to discuss alternative learning and development opportunities.

We value the diversity of our people and aim to build a more inclusive learning experience. The following questions are voluntary and designed to assist the Public Sector Commission in better understanding the diversity of our programs.
A maximum of 25 participants are accepted for each topic. To strengthen diversity in public sector leadership, each group is comprised of participants from diverse backgrounds. For this reason, your responses will be viewed by the Program Manager prior to the data being de-identified for annual reporting.

Your privacy and confidentiality will be respected. The Public Sector Commission only provides limited information to other staff, so that adjustments and services can be arranged for you, when required.
You will be notified of the outcome of your application 10 weeks prior to each term commencement you have applied for.
